one of several vehicles periodically parked longterm on west edge of Maple Canyon on 4th ave that I’ve reported last few months. They have moved a few feet each time parking enforcement comes by, but that doesn’t address issues regarding bags of excrement, bottles of urine & buckets dumped in or near the Canyon that contain urine. homelessness is not a crime, however, exposing the Canyon environment, community to these impacts is unacceptable. Please address before another Hepatitis outbreak
