Bounder RV - people living on Famosa Blvd, have tires raised on platform so they are there to stay. They should be in a paid facility, where are they dumping their sewage?

Multiple Homeless people have been setting up encampments behind and alongside the hill behind university square. They've been entering and bothering customers, breaking the fences and gates to the college park townhomes community and strolling around harassing the people living there and digging through trash. They've routenily gotten violent against people using the gas station

Piece of wood and bottle of urine and broken concrete and beer bottle and trash and high weeds that are growing over the walk way and are a fire hazard. Infront of fire hydrin

Abandoned/dumped boat filled with trash and litter. Starting to fill with rancid water. Mosquitoes starting to breed in the standing water. Public health risk.

March 30 2026 between the hours of 7pm and 8pm a California highway patrol car questioning an individual as to why they were stretching by their parked vehicle that was parked appropriately. I was praying for that individual. Praying that the officer would violate their rights and that they would recieve a huge pay out from chp. wind n sea towing however. has immunity to the laws over City employees.
