South of sidewalk at 6600 El Cajon Blvd and Amherst St, is a wooded vacant lot. A lean to shelter has been built. People can be heard day and night arguing and camp fires burning. A 50 + unit Condo building is adjacent to the West and a Apartment Building to the East. During the last fire on this lot both buildings were evacuated and some units received smoke damage. Drug and Marijuana used in the open. Rats are running up to the sidewalks and adjacent areas during daylight hours.

THIS OVERSIZED RV IS IN VIOLATION OF; SECTION 86.0139- PROHIBITION OF PARKING OVERSIZED VEHICLES, NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLES & RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. THIS RV HAS BEEN PARKED IDLE WITHOUT ANY MOVEMENT FOR WEEKS NOW. IT WAS TAGGED & CHALKED OVER 4 DAYS AGO BUT IT IS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF OVERSIZED VEHICLE CODE SECTION 86.0139, AND NEEDS TO BE TOWED & IMPOUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Our HOA community (La Jolla Alta II) has received street sweeping services one in the past 16 months. Is there any chance we could receive twice a year street sweeping services from the city? Our streets are located in a windy area with high brush and a lot of dirt on the mountain (soledad). We would greatly appreciate two-a-year street sweeping services. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
