Need a replacement blue recycle container. Current Blue recycle container broken from trash collector arm

This camp/garbage has been here a few days. They are digging a huge hole into the ground and are camping protected wildlife area. Not only are they harming the ecology they are leaving garbage and making this less safe for people, children, dogs and families.
