Car is parked in alley making it difficult to park in assigned parking spots. Car has been parked since first week of September.

too much white trash is smoking, vaping on the grass in Law st. park in PB, especially during the last 90 mins. before the sun sets; pls. put up short signs on the grassy areas or on back of benches where people sit; pls. issue tickets to those who do sit there & smoke; its been going on too often, esp. on a sat. sun.

THIS IS A DANGER THAT ALMOST CAUSED A HEAD-ON COLLISION. Please see picture below. This property (and adjacent units at 855, 857, 859) leave trash & recycling cans in the street the entire week. Cars turning from 27th street onto Eastbound 27th must pull into the left lane to avoid the cans. Vehicles traveling westbound on E Street (from 28th to 27th) cannot see these cans because they are just behind the crest of a steep hill. In the afternoon, travelling up the hill heading into the setting sun makes it almost impossible to see oncoming traffic until the last second. THIS IS A CONTINUING DANGER EVERY DAY OF EVERY WEEK. It cannot be treated as a one-off. It cannot wait 14 days. Permanent enforcement action is needed. You have received many, many complaints about the owners of this property---for more than a year--and they still refuse to abide by waste disposal rules. (Check your database.) THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. ITS AN ONGONING DANGER.
