Huge U-Haul with zebra painted on the side parked below Tiffereth Israel, just before Tommy drive, unmoved for going on three weeks; a twin vehicle was finally moved last week. (Not sure it's a CA plate, but don't want to get any closer to the vehicle to check: sorry if I've misidentified it.). This area has become a blight of motorhomes, U-Hauls and trailers left for weeks/months. (An open trailer has been parked nearby for weeks; I haven't yet gotten the license plate or a photo and I don't feel especially comfortable doing so . . . ) Thank you for your help and for your help with the inhabited vehicles at the 7600 block of Cowles Mountain Blvd. earlier this week.

Enormous motorhome painted purple, with graphics of athletes and slogans, e.g., "U.S. Military All-Stars" and the name of a military loan company has been parked, unmoved, 24-hours-a-day, with the windows open, for more than three weeks. It is parked facing west on Cowles Mountain Blvd., just before the intersection of Tommy Drive, down the slope from temple Tiffereth Israel. This vehicle was parked in the same place for MONTHS before it was tagged and moved. It was gone for just a couple of weeks before its return. This portion of Cowles Mountain Blvd. has become an RV and trailer wasteland. This motorhome is, however, the most intrusive and upsetting, undermining feelings of safety and even the pretense of compliance in the neighborhood.
