New Streetlights were just installed on the 4500 block of Twain Ave 92120 on October 14th, 2026. The new light installed on the corner of Twain Ave and Wanda Ct does not light up at night. See photo.

Illegal trash dump in bags

There is an occupied encampment on what appears to be public land along the trail immediately behind a backyard fence, approximately 10 feet from private property. I have repeatedly heard the individual shouting and rambling in a way that concerns me. I’m requesting an assessment of the encampment, including any applicable public camping restrictions and safety concerns.

The person outside is constantly screaming and also urinating in public in front of children. Long blanket type clothing. Short hair. Black female. Hours are generally 10am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm.

Can left out again

This car has been totaled and abandoned. Has not moved for 3 weeks. Plates expired in July
