Enormous motorhome painted purple, with graphics of athletes and slogans, e.g., "U.S. Military All-Stars" and the name of a military loan company has been parked, unmoved, 24-hours-a-day, with the windows open, for more than three weeks. It is parked facing west on Cowles Mountain Blvd., just before the intersection of Tommy Drive, down the slope from temple Tiffereth Israel. This vehicle was parked in the same place for MONTHS before it was tagged and moved. It was gone for just a couple of weeks before its return. This portion of Cowles Mountain Blvd. has become an RV and trailer wasteland. This motorhome is, however, the most intrusive and upsetting, undermining feelings of safety and even the pretense of compliance in the neighborhood.

No striping for stop signs on newly paved street. Utah was repaved last month and we are still without any striping, including next to the stop signs. Someone was killed here less than two years ago and drivers are getting worse again now that there are no lines telling them where to stop for the stop sign. Just walked through and almost got hit by someone completely blowing through the stop sign going south moments after another person did the same thing going east. This happens all the time.

Homeless person parked for two weeks. Sometimes they’re naked, throwing their trash on the sidewalk, sits with all doors open 24/7. If this isn’t a cry for help, I don’t know what is.
