10301–10399 Aviary DrI’ve seen minors riding e-bikes illegally on Red Cedar Drive and Scripps Lake Drive, past Miramar Lake, down toward Scripps Ranch Library. One kid rode away from his group, doing wheelies, and didn’t move for me, fully knowing he’s unlicensed. This is a daily risk—please investigate and help keep the area safe.
