The homeless have been camping and leaving their property lock to city parking meters at 1522 4th Ave. near Saint Joseph Cathedral property needs to be removed by environmental services and San Diego Police

Unhoused lock up there property to meter poles. They obstruct being able to use the machine

At two places on Famosa Blvd there are plants blocking the sidewalk. Right by the Middle School, a tree branch fell but is still attached to the tree. Across the bridge over Nimitz past the mural, a resident’s flowering shrubs have overgrown their wall and are over the sidewalk hanging at about 3 feet over the concrete sidewalk. I have observed Middle School children walking in the street to avoid these obstructions. Thanks for your help.
