5130 Saratoga AvenueThe same homeless encampment I just reported, just moved 30 yards towards the beach from Saratoga park. As I was walking back from the beach, one homeless guy was walking towards myself, wife and 8 month old. He did an air punch making a loud screech and almost hit my wife. then proceeded to this encampment. Please do something about these homeless people.
