He’s back! After cleaning the bum out who’s been turning the area around the utility box into a hobo Condo for several weeks, he was gone for two days and now he’s back. Please get rid of him once and for all. I can’t even walk down that street anymore.

Unbelievable how many rv’s and van lifers have taken up residence in the dog beach parking lot. This one in the picture has been here over a week and has the local homeless junkies who live in the dunes coming and going all day. It’s like the tweaker mothership. This isn’t an rv campground or a ‘safe homeless parking lot.’ Please enforce the law and clear out overnight.

Unofficial (NON-CITY ISSUED or PERMITTED) signs prohibiting residents from parking in the area around 266 Nautilus St have been set up every Friday for the last three weeks. Again, street signs are not official. The signs are being placed at the curb, in front of home 266 Nautilus, in the middle of the public right of way, etc., and have become a nuisance. They are a tripping hazard and are falsely blocking residents from rightful parking. City was contacted and denied any work being done and stated signs are not official City issued. They advised filing this report. These signs have been put up every week for 3 weeks now. Please pick them up.

This is an embarrassment! At the intersection of Fairmont just north of Camino del Rio N between the Honda dealership and Soapy Joes the fence is torn down, trash and debris everywhere. The water runoff or concrete basin is full of debris.

Utility truck and trailer constantly parked here. Owner rolls it forward and back to erase chalk marks. Owner is an illegal liveaboard in the Americas Cup Harbor. Truck/Van is packed full of stuff and we’ve seen rats coming in/out of undercarriage
