3202 Third AveThis Honda CRV pulled up and parked 5:30 pm Friday. License plate YIA3CVA at 3203 3rd at the corner of Spruce. Yesterday (Saturday), a woman in a red car pulled up and added items to the white Honda, including a skateboard and bags. Both trunks look hoarded. Please put notice or mark this vehicle with the plate falling off. The woman was aware of the plate and ignored it. We need our parking here. This is not for storing vehicles. Thank you!
