T/S LIGHTS ON FLASH PER SDPD.

Crashes at the light of 54th a pirotte drive. I believe speed bumps should be put so people slow down before the light. People do not slow down and there have a bunch of accidents.

Multiple rv’s and vans continue to occupy the dog beach parking lot without leaving overnight and some are clearly dealing drugs as the local dune living zombie tweakers go in and out of the big rv all day. Please clear out every night and enforce the law! Besides the multitude of laws they’re breaking it’s a clearly a coastal commission violation letting people set up residence in these spots for weeks at a time preventing fair access to this beachside parking lot.

Blocking my view when I exit my property, they rotated cars every morning with another vehicle just to safe parking space.

How is it ok for the entire south side of Brighton Park, including the picnic table, to be held hostage by a criminal homeless tweaker gang for pretty much the entire summer now? How is a family or a tourist or any tax paying citizen supposed to enjoy this beachside park our tax dollars are paying for without the fear of being mugged or witnessing open drug use public intoxication?? This is a black eye on the city of San Diego and needs to be addressed.

Extensive homeless encampment along the exit off I-5 at Imperial Ave. Inhabitants are walking across off ramp to Imperial Ave. creating an unsafe situation for pedestrians and drivers.
