Homeless off the 5 South Palm Ave ramp

DRUGS FILTH HOMELESS AFRISS FROM OUR BUILDING AND RESIDENTS FEEL UNSAFE

Homeless, I’ve been making a mess of this area at night. And they left behind a large shopping cart and other trash near businesses. I need help to get this removed.

ALL THREE SIDES OF THE KI APARTMENT BUILDING, THE EAST SIDE ON 13 TH STREET, THE SOUTH SIDE ON THE STREET FACING PETCO PARK PARKING LOT, AND THE WEST SIDE ON PARK BLVD. ALL THREE SIDEWALKS NEED POWERWASHING AND SIGNS NEED TO BE POSTED STATING NO LOITERING NO TRESPASSING NO ILLEGAL CAMPING. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE K1 APARTMENT BUILDING AND THE SITUATION IS URGENT AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND REMEDIED IMMEDIATELYhomeless loitering and camping

Once again this handicap stop has been missed the cans are accessible through the Alley there's a white fence next to the telephone pole and that's where the gate is the cans are right inside the property there are no dogs please add my address to the drivers daily books so they know it's there it's all my containers the green as well as the gray I guess are full
