Owner has converted the house for STR use only. Posted transient # in the window is #658701. Renters have been loud, left trash (vomit), use pool late hours, etc. Multiple issues since STR started. Owner admitted he has no City of SD STRO license # because City wanted work to be done before they would issue one. House was originally listed on Airbnb and VRBO under the mgrs SRT license # (STR-10575L, 656702), tied to mgrs home at 4823 Mt Casas Dr. 92117. Only advertises on links shown above now. I have exhausted all the patience I am able to give him to fix this ongoing issue and have been affected emotionally, am frightened about the impact on my health, and fear retribution from owner and mgr due to this complaint.

Contacted owner Jared White to inform him of marijuana smoke from guest that was traveling into my 2 and 4 year old windows.     Notified contact by text at 10:13 PM on 7/8/25 that their vacation renters next door to my home were being very loud (yelling, screaming) and received a text back that contact would message them. The noise continued, so I texted contact again at 10:35 PM to let her know the renters had not stopped and had windows open right below our bedroom window. The noise was keeping us from getting to sleep. I did not receive a response to that text, and the noise continued for at least another hour after it was sent. Noise is a continual problem from short term renters in this property and we have been trying for over a year to work with the contact.

    The STRO house next door to my home uses a trash service to take bins to and from the curb. On 7/7/25 at 10:35 PM someone from their service came to move the trash bins back between our house and the STRO house. This was far too late to be making all that noise. Our bedrooms are on that side of the house so it's a disturbance. They drive up with their high beams on, turn around on the street and park in front of the houses facing the wrong direction. I texted the contact to let her know and did not receive a reply.
