Description
House is rented out without a STR license showing on City active list. Owner hired mgr (Darryl Lang) who advertises house on: https://booksunsetstays.com/#/, https://www.instagram.com/p/DGMBz4USqlm/? , and https://www.instagram.com/p/DGMBz4USqlm/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==. Owner has converted the house for STR use only. Posted transient # in the window is #658701. Renters have been loud, left trash (vomit), use pool late hours, etc. Multiple issues since STR started. Owner admitted he has no City of SD STRO license # because City wanted work to be done before they would issue one. House was originally listed on Airbnb and VRBO under the mgrs SRT license # (STR-10575L, 656702), tied to mgrs home at 4823 Mt Casas Dr. 92117. Only advertises on links shown above now. I have exhausted all the patience I am able to give him to fix this ongoing issue and have been affected emotionally, am frightened about the impact on my health, and fear retribution from owner and mgr due to this complaint.
