- The shopping cart has been discarded by homeless three days ago. I need somebody from the city to come help me move it. More homeless people are coming in and building an encampment. I have kids art classes starting soon and parents do not feel safe, dropping them off at my business with all of this going on outside. Please help I have made several reports. 1918 Bacon Street
