- South of sidewalk at 6600 El Cajon Blvd and Amherst St, is a wooded vacant lot. A lean to shelter has been built. People can be heard day and night arguing and camp fires burning. A 50 + unit Condo building is adjacent to the West and a Apartment Building to the East. During the last fire on this lot both buildings were evacuated and some units received smoke damage. Drug and Marijuana used in the open. Rats are running up to the sidewalks and adjacent areas during daylight hours.
