- Our HOA community (La Jolla Alta II) has received street sweeping services one in the past 16 months. Is there any chance we could receive twice a year street sweeping services from the city? Our streets are located in a windy area with high brush and a lot of dirt on the mountain (soledad). We would greatly appreciate two-a-year street sweeping services. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
