- Our green waste bin is repeatedly getting missed. It happens almost every other week. We are leaving it in a clear spot in front of our house, spaced apart from our other bins. The trash and recycling bins never, ever get missed. It's only the green waste that keeps getting skipped. This has been going on for 3 months now. I have confirmed with our neighbors that their bins are getting collected every time. Very frustrating.
