- I am a tenant at Hollywood Palms Apartments located at 4372 Home Avenue, San Diego, CA. I am requesting a housing inspection due to ongoing habitability, maintenance, and health and safety issues that management has failed to properly address. The following conditions have existed for an extended period of time despite repeated reports to management: 1. Rodent Infestation * Rats have entered our apartment and caused damage throughout the unit. * Rodents have created holes in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, doors, and other areas of the apartment. * We have repeatedly notified management about the infestation. * Pest control was sent to the property, but the infestation was not resolved. * Entry points and holes allowing rodents into the unit have not been properly sealed. * Rodents continue to enter the apartment, creating an ongoing health and safety hazard. 2. Unresolved Maintenance Issues * Freezer does not properly freeze food. * Shower heads and sinks in both bathrooms have ongoing issues. * Oven light
