- How is it ok for the entire south side of Brighton Park, including the picnic table, to be held hostage by a criminal homeless tweaker gang for pretty much the entire summer now? How is a family or a tourist or any tax paying citizen supposed to enjoy this beachside park our tax dollars are paying for without the fear of being mugged or witnessing open drug use public intoxication?? This is a black eye on the city of San Diego and needs to be addressed.
