- There are trees and shrubs growing in a water drainage canal that could flood in a rainstorm. This empties into the San Diego River but first dives under some businesses that could be threatened. There is now a person living along this drainage and some trash is collecting. Take Waring Rd West on Hwy 8. The private canal owners should be fined daily until the trees are removed.
