- 2nd night in a row I have called the non-emergency police line for a noise complaint at the intersection of Delta street and 40th Ave s. 3 calls and no response to the site yet. I can not sleep in my own house due to the loud constant thumping. What can be done and why is there no response from police to keep the quiet enjoyment for the neighborhood?
