- Unbelievable how many rv’s and van lifers have taken up residence in the dog beach parking lot. This one in the picture has been here over a week and has the local homeless junkies who live in the dunes coming and going all day. It’s like the tweaker mothership. This isn’t an rv campground or a ‘safe homeless parking lot.’ Please enforce the law and clear out overnight.
