indecent exposure & public urinating LP# 8XNV844 White Jeep. Two Hispanic males. One lowered pants all the way down to defecate. other male was unable to stop in mid stream but just leaned for coverage after filming. Both work at Westwood Building Enterprises 858-232-8262
