- Another week same issue, I see that the city did advise the neighbor not to leave the container pass collection hours last week because they abide by the rules but this week they did it again.Like I said the only reason I will be deligent on them is because they took air out my tire for parking in their spot.They didn't care if I went to work that day,so they don't care if I don't make money to live a honest life,so karma police is my department for now.Anyways here are some fresh new photos and basically they are telling the city that the rules are not made for them,so they are disrespecting the city as well,do something like give them a fine,them paying out tickets should be the answer, put yourself in my shoes,they want to bully me around, should anyone be bullied around.Give them a ticket no more verbal warnings.fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me,looks like they just told the container enforcement officer they are a FOOL.
