- There are a bunch of people blocking the sidewalk now and there's a camp beginning to form in front of a business that's about to reopen, they're also blocking the spots on the street sometimes for parking. I have seen them burn things and many of them are obviously on drugs/using drugs. There is a park nearby with kids playing and the people on the sidewalk are wandering over to the park and staring at people well mumbling.
