- There is a great deal of trash on the 25th street exit off the 94 west in Golden Hill. It looks like several trash cans worth of trach. It appears that homeless people have been taking peoples trash cans and dumping them out on the street all along F street to where it meets I-5. . There is a ton of trash on both sides of the street and in front of my house at 805 22nd. This morning there was an overturned trash can (with a full bin of trash) in the middle of the street street. Could we please request that this trash be removed? Its unsanitary, smells bad and is generally unpleasant to have the city streets in our beautiful neighborhood constantly littered with trash.
