- This morning around 9:30am. Person lying on ground on tarp, another person sitting nearby feeding them. garbage and personal items strewn across sidewalk and in bushes for 20-ish feet adjacent to bus stop. adjacent to the city bus stop in front of the Chick-Fil-A which backs onto Nobel drive. A few weeks ago I saw the same situation a few blocks closer to La Jolla Village Drive (person laying on ground, 2 people sitting nearby feeding them).
