- Yellow Nissan 350z with a very loud exhaust and pitch black tinted windows continues to drive recklessly early in the mornings and purposefully rev engine to set off car alarms. Did so this morning at 5:55 am well within quiet hours. Picture attached is of vehicle in question. License plate 8WCB449
