Description: The geniuses at Impact housing decided it would be smart to turn the ditch that they created into a speed bump instead. Cars have been damaged by this unauthorized speed bump. It is not supposed to be there. There is no signage letting the public know that this "speed bump" exists. Shame on impact housing for continuing to desecrate the neighborhood that they are supposed to be guests in
