- Why are semi trucks allowed to park on Federal Bl across from the city garage/old pd firing range. Is this a truck stop? It encourages other homeless to park there and dump there trash. Is it now designated as a over night homeless sleeping area? The problems has gotten worse since Crest Beverage opened.
