- There is an increase of under age teens riding motorbikes reckless on the streets mostly in the evenings , doing donuts , driving fast without out proper lights, it’s an accident waiting to happen plus they are destroying streets with the donuts and wheely bars hitting the road . Plus really loud engine sounds . Would like some patrolling to control that issue
