This NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! The City is failing to finish the sewer repairs by insufficiently patching the road and it is damaging cars with dozens of potholes and uneven roads on both sides of Carroll Canyon between Scripps Ranch Blvd and 15 freeway. || LOCATION: On Carroll Canyon in between Scripps Ranch Blvd and the 15 freeway on both sides of the street || LANE: All 4 lanes on both sides || DIRECTION: Unknown
