Description
Councilmember Whitburn wanted to flag an issue with streetlights on 17th Street north of Imperial and south of K St, which are currently out. We understand this has been an ongoing problem in the area due to repeated vandalism. The Councilmember is concerned about the dangerous conditions this creates, particularly given the level of activity and presence of unhoused individuals in the area during evening hours.
