- Homeowner is putting trash receptacles in front of my property instead of his own, blocking parking spaces in front of my house. There is nothing preventing him from putting his cans in front of his house and he has done this for the past 3 weeks despite us asking him not to. He is also leaving his trash cans out later than allowed, the photo below was taken at 7:30 pm but he usually leaves them out until the day after collection.
