- Once again, the city continues to steal my money. I paid nearly $600 in advance for my service. As the pictures indicate, my cans were out in the street early AM. I absolutely do not care about any reason why my recycling was not picked up. I only care about the service I was forced to pay for. This is considered to be terrible customer service. I am demanding a refund of $23 to pay me back for services not provided.
