- The street light at the large intersection of El Camino Real and Carmel Mountain Rd./Carmel Creek Rd. In Torrey Hills, Carmel Valley (92130) has really terrible timing. Can someone please come fix it? It is green for 2 to 3 minutes in a direction where no cars are traveling while cars are waiting for their turn.
