- March 30 2026 between the hours of 7pm and 8pm a California highway patrol car questioning an individual as to why they were stretching by their parked vehicle that was parked appropriately. I was praying for that individual. Praying that the officer would violate their rights and that they would recieve a huge pay out from chp. wind n sea towing however. has immunity to the laws over City employees. Its more likely than not nepotism. These photos are from Wednesday April 1 2026.
