- Green arrow turns are critically needed for crossings at the Ashford St and Beagle St intersection. Both streets is a one-lane, one-direction street with high pedestrian/vehicle traffic from Mesa college and Ross elementary & traffic entering/exiting the shopping center--vehicles forming gridlocks on all directions passing the Ashford and Beagle St intersection. As a result, waiting drivers have the habit to unsafely bypass slow/stopped traffic off the main traveled portion of the roadway.
