- Traffic T-light/Bus Signal light from Rosecrans to Taylor Street (Eastbound) will not activate for up to 4 cycles. Even when the Railroad Crossing Arms are down. This was not the case in the past. I have noticed this pattern January 27, 2026. I am a MTS Bus Operator.
