- Our neighborhood alley is a mess with homelessness, trash and graffiti. Every day we have to clean our sidewalks and fronts due the trash left behind from this group of people. Drugs are also being exchanged and were only feet from a elementary school and daycare. Its also not a safe situation for the neighbors. I want to confront these individuals but dont want to risk the safety of my wife and myself. We have repeatedly asked for help and nothing seams to be happening. Its just getting worse
