- This house has a tier 2 license , unless I don't understand, the license allows the owner to rent a room or rooms so long as the hose resides onsite and it is the permanent residence - which also says the host may be absent for up to 90 days. This is not the permanent residence. The house is rented as a whole house rental and is being used basically for parties, many noisy spa parties, music, recently at 3 in the morning on Jan 10. We have notified the owner many times, as has the neighbor on the other side of this dwelling about the noise. It is impossible to even hear our own tv at times with all our windows closed, and late nigh music parties are unacceptable. We get an apology from the owner, stating people do things out of their control and sneak people in over the number allowed. We did call the police on Jan 10 at 3 in the morning to report the noise issue, as well as texted the owners who do not live there. There is also no sign on the house on an exterior facing the sidewalk with contact numbers.
