Description
Residential cul-de-sac with heavy children presence experiencing asphalt raveling with loose gravel shedding from roadway surface. Pebbles accumulating near curb and parkway, creating slip hazard for pedestrians, children, bikes and posing risk to vehicles. Sweeping will not resolve underlying surface failure. Request inspection and repair (slurry seal or resurfacing). Entire pavement is extremely rough with sharp edges everywhere. Recent civilian and kid falls have resulted in bloody injuries.
