- Ongoing Public Health & Safety issues, & unpermitted work is persisting at 3808 Swift Ave., San Diego CA 92104, which is owned by Derek Ishaque/3808 Swift LLC/Warm River Ranch LLC, & managed by Klauber Properties LLC. Ongoing trash pile up in front & back of building & dumping due to several workers, possibly from Alfaros & Son Roofing LLC being onsite doing unpermitted work in Unit 2.
