- Description
- On or about the week of 10/12/2025 the new owners at 3642 started using the adjacent neighbor’s property easement (deeded residential use only easement) for their commercial business operations without that neighbor’s consent or permission. This violates the agreed upon and deeded purpose of the easement area, greatly impedes the residential ingress and egress use of the easement area by the residential neighbor with the high occupancy, high turnover, high traffic commercial STRO use (Up to and over 1,000 unique guests and animals/pets annually will be using the adjacent easement for the commercial operations of 3642) and unwillingly imposes the exponentially increased financial liability of commercial usage on the non-STRO residential neighbor. Does the City of San Diego assume all financial liability and otherwise when they issue a license for commercial operations and usage on another residents property or deeded easement without that property owner’s permission or consent?
