- Ever since construction started and completed at Clairemont Drive and Clairemont Mesa Blvd, lights at Rolfe and Clairemont Mesa Blvd timing has been way off. Traffic backs up on Rolfe beyond acceptance, especially when there is no traffic. Please take a look at this and correct timing to what it was 6months ago. Thank you, a residence of 92117.
