- Branches keep falling onto our apartment complex property from Montezuma park. A lot of children live here and this is the 3rd time in 2 months where massive branches are falling here. It could seriously injure or kill a child if they are walking by at the time these branches fall. The city needs to do something about these trees or you will be liable for any injuries. You have already disregarded me once.
