- The area of road in question requires resurfacing or smoothing, as the current condition has caused damage to my vehicle. Driving over this specific section feels like hitting a massive pothole, with a loud impact that has already caused my wheel alignment to be thrown off. This issue has been left unattended for several years and urgently needs repair. I am reporting this to assist the city in being aware of the problem and to help prevent further vehicle damage for other driver || Above the San Diego River.
