- The dumpsters in the main trash room are persistently overflowing, with trash strewn on the floor or in piles. This has happened since Greystar Management acquired the apartment complex. There don't seem to be enough receptacles or frequent enough pickups for the standard amount of waste. There are flies and insects upon entering. I am concerned it will draw rodents and other more serious pests.
