- A homeless gentleman has taken up residence on the community bench and converted it to his private use 24 hours a day. In one week he has soiled the pavement beneath the bench (see photo) and it has begun to smell. There is no plumbing available. It's unclear where he relieves himself. This area is adjacent to an elementary school.
