- South Creek Neighborhood Park at 12249 Wickerbay Cove, San Diego, CA 92128 is in dire need of repairs and renovations. The playground has been chained off for at least 6 months and are coming apart in several places. The roof of the shaded areas were also taken off at least 6 months ago and have yet to be replaced. The sand could also use replacement — it’s full of trash and sticks that can hurt little feet!
